Who you contract with

NorthWorth is operated by Amine Askri (trading as NorthWorth), within the Ares International Group. When you use NorthWorth, your contract is with Amine Askri.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use NorthWorth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means acceptance.

What NorthWorth is — and is not

NorthWorth provides personal finance tools and education: calculators, budgets, projections, downloadable Excel workbooks and an AI coach. NorthWorth is not a bank and offers no payment services, loans, credit or investment execution. All content is for general and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any product. Your decisions remain your own responsibility. AI coach answers may be inaccurate and must be verified.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud, spam or impersonation; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware, probing or breaching security, scraping or overloading the service; reverse engineering it or circumventing technical limits; or reselling or redistributing workbooks or content. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Price

NorthWorth, including every tool, the AI coach, exports and the Excel workbooks, is currently provided free of charge. No payment information is collected. If paid features are ever introduced, they will be clearly identified and these terms will be updated before any charge.

Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, calculators, workbooks, documentation and branding belong to Amine Askri and remain his property. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and the workbooks; no ownership is transferred.

Service level and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and calculator results are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions made based on the site; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is then deleted. These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
