• A cloud hosting provider stores your account and your saved data securely.
• An AI service receives the content of your coach messages in order to generate answers. Avoid entering sensitive personal information (such as your SIN, account numbers or full name) in the chat.

Without an account, your figures are stored in your browser's local storage only and never leave your device. You can export everything you've entered, or delete it all, from Settings.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings, which removes your saved records and AI conversations.

You may access, export, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Export and deletion are available directly in Settings. For any other request, contact us at the address below.

Your records are stored against your account and protected so that no other user can read or change them. Access requires your sign-in credentials.

NorthWorth is built in Canada and handles personal information in the spirit of the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25.

This service is intended for adults. It is not directed at persons under 18.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
